My doctoral project focuses on the concept of "evidence" and the formal charaterization & philosophical foundation of evidential relationship. Under this topic I intend to combine different traditions, i.e. phenomenology, different approaches in confirmation theory, mainstream & formal epistemology. I also have a strong interest in the history of philosophy, the study of which, I believe, serves not only for the clarification of controversies but also to acquire new inspirations from the interaction of different philosophical traditions.
