If you withdraw from an examination (written exam, term paper, seminar) due to illness, you must have this standardized certificate form, which is to be used by all students, and signed by a doctor.
Please submit the signed form to the departmental office (G 628; FB-Philosophie@uni-konstanz.de) if you are unable to take the examination.
